No problem tire guy. I like to help you guys out as much as I can.
LOL Shag! I was originally planning a trip to Jax this weekend because there is a VW show at the beach. I'm just not quite comfortable with a five hour trip yet.
A Couple years ago I was driving my 1968 Beetle to work and the clutch started slipping. I had owned the car for several years and had not had any problems with it until this day. I bought the car, originally with the intention of restoring it. The clutch giving out gave me an excuse to do so. I limped the car home and started the restoration. Upon taking the car apart I found that the cancer (rust) was much more severe than appeared. The thought of bringing the car back to life only for the rust to return didn't sit well so I decided to make a fiberglass buggy from my faithful friend.

Zoinks! That's like the coolest, man. All ya need now is a grill in the back for burgers. When's the road trip?
